May 9, 2008 – Felix Garcia Jr., also known as "Chung," of Estate Whim, died on Saturday, May 3, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. He was 47 years old.
He is survived by his mother: Estebania Ramos; father, Felix Garcia; companion, Sindia Castillo; former wife, Shelly Oflaherty; grandmother, Rosa Navarro; daughters: Tamika, Talima, Tashima and Tynisha Garcia; son, Felix Garcia III; and grandchildren: Tyrell Witcher Jr. and Tanaiya Witcher. He is also survived by adopted daughters: Shanice Isidore, Shamayra and Shaniyrah Castillo; sisters: Annette, Anna, Edith and Shanice Hendricks, and LeSandra Garcia; brothers: Shawn, Peter, Alfred, Ohinio, George and James Johannes Hendricks; aunts: Antonia Parilla, Andrea Gomez, Paula Gookool, Maria and Anna Rexach; uncles: Miguel, Felix, Antonio, Peter, Herbert, Rogelio, Sarito and Marcello Ramos; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing from 10-11 a.m., on Tuesday, May 13, at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Frederiksted. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., at the church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
