Dear Source:
WAPA, are you crazy? Not one more cent of a rate increase. Conserve, get moving on those bids for alternative energy sources, collect from the government, get K-Mart and Home Depot on board with rebates for energy saving appliances–the others on board charge so much there is no savings, even with a rebate. Get the government to turn the air conditioning thermostats to higher temperatures, better yet disconnect their power. Businesses do the same. I'm sick of seeing government workers and workers in private businesses wearing sweaters and jackets to keep warm. How absurd!
