St. Croix Upper School Registration Begins in May for 2008-2009

April 9, 2008 – The public school upper grades registration for the 2008-2009 school year begins on May 27 and continues through June 18. Registration will be conducted from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Office of Pupil Personnel Services, at the Theodora Dunbavin Complex in La Grande Princesse, according to a press release from Insular Superintendent of Schools for the St. Croix District Gary Molloy.
Parents wishing to register a child are required to provide the following:
1. Original birth certificate
2. V.I. Immunization Card with attached Health Clearance form from the Charles Harwood Clinic
3. Social Security card
4. Proof of physical address: official document showing name and street address (i.e. driver's license, voter's ID, WAPA bill)
5. Affidavit of Legal Guardianship if student does not reside with parent(s).
NOTE: All documents must be available at registration time in order to process.
Parents and guardians are further advised that students will not be registered without the presentation of a V.I. Immunization card with the attached, blue clearance form issued at the immunization clinic at Charles Harwood Memorial Hospital. Immunization Clearance forms are a mandatory requirement of the registration process and no exceptions will be made.

STT/STJ— Please be advised the following is a tentative rotation schedule of when feeders will be impacted. The schedule is based on load demand and subject to change. 1:00 am – 3:00 am Feeders 5A, 6A and 8A will be impacted | 3:00 am – 5:00 am Feeders 10B, 6B and 7B will be impacted | 5:00 am – 7:00 am Feeders 8B, 7E and 9C will be impacted | 8:00 am - 10:00 am Feeders 9E, 7C and 6A will be impacted. Once again, all of the timeframes listed are estimates and designed to help with planning and preparation. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your ongoing patience as we work to resolve this issue.
