Gov. John P. deJongh Jr. will convene a meeting of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority Board of Directors at 9 a.m., on Tuesday, March 25. The meeting will take place at Government House, No. 21-22 Kongen's Gade, St. Thomas.
