Wayne Riggs Celebration Coming Up Monday Afternoon

Dec. 7, 2007 — A celebration of the life of sailor Wayne Riggs will take place at 2 p.m. Monday at the CYOA Yacht Charters in Frenchtown.
Riggs, 56, died Oct. 19 at a hospital in Puerto Rico after a brief illness.
Friends of Riggs are invited to share memories of the roving mariner, who was well-known in Frenchtown, where he lived for most of the past 20 years.
Riggs is survived by his son, Wayne, special friends Anne Mahoney, Jill Anderson, Betsy Sheehan and many others, including his four-footed constant companion, Penny, and Penny's four-footed pal, Spot.
