Gallows Bay Will Have Holiday Festival

The Gallows Bay Holiday Festival will bring the magic of the season to the Gallows Bay Shopping Center from 5-8 p.m., on Thursday, Dec. 13.
Bring the whole family out to this first of an annual event. The celebration will feature performances by the Guardians of Culture Moko Jumbies and a traveling group of Christmas carolers. Several bands will provide musical entertainment, including Bully and the Musical Kafooners, Bill Bass, the Undercover Rock & Roll Band and the Santa Cruz Brass Ensemble.
Gallows Bay stores will be open late for holiday shopping, and many will feature special events, such as raffles and one-night-only sales. Undercover Books & Gifts will be hosting a book signing for local author Dr. Michelle DuPre, and Sharon Bovaird will unveil her new line of beaded jewelry, Wacha Designs. Small Wonder, the children's clothing store, will celebrate its one-year anniversary in Gallows Bay; Traveler's Tree is having their Customer Appreciation Christmas Party; Cabana Girl is setting up a tent and will have a piano player on hand; St. Croix Environmental is having their Volunteers' Christmas Party. The event will extend throughout the Gallows Bay area, from Chandler's Wharf to the eastern most point, Patalidis Furniture.
