Lynelle I. Niles Graduates Program at Judicial College

Nov. 29, 2007 – Lynelle I. Niles of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands has recently graduated from the National Judicial College's Administrative Law Adjudication Skills Program. She has completed the Administrative Law: Fair Hearing course at the NJC. Judge Niles earned her certification in the program in less than 12 months. The average time to complete this program is four years. Less than 2 percent of participates have graduated the program within that time frame, according to information provided by Niles.
She is the second judge from the V.I. to graduate from the certification program, which is comprised of discipline-specific courses and represents a hallmark of professional achievement for judicial career enhancement. The NJC program in judicial development allows judges to concentrate their studies in a focused academic area, Niles said.
