Dear Source:
And not one word about St. John and the absurdity of the proposed tax structure of St. John. How about "seeks to limit increases based on fairness to residential St. John residents" and "all who have worked to craft this proposal, seek a day when we can manage and mitigate the current tumultuous nature of St. John's property tax assessment". And one more, "It is my belief that the proposed measure strikes an unfair balance of the interest to all stakeholders on St. John's real property tax system".
Sorry for substituting words Governor, but St. John needs all the help it can get, yours especially, regarding this "unfair" property tax system to be levied on the residents of St. John. If $10 million dollars is what your looking for, there should be balance across ALL the U.S. Virgin Islands.
