Cancer Society and Roadrunners to Hold Two-Mile Walk/Run
The St. Thomas-St. John unit of the American Cancer Society and the St. Thomas Association of Roadrunners invite the public to the 10th Annual Two-Mile Walk or Run fundraiser. The event, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, will raise money for the Cancer Society.
The walk-run will start at 4:30 p.m., on Sunday, Oct. 28, at the Port of Sale Mall. Awards will be given to the top male and female in eight age categories.
Register at The Caribbean Surf Company (Havensight Mall, Waterfront or Red Hook locations) or Antilles School (Jackson Complex Wellness Center). The early fees are $4 for 18 and younger, $7 for adults and $5 for star members. On race day, the fee is $10.
