Rigidims Troupe to Meet Briefly
The St. Croix Rigidims Festival Troupe will meet briefly at 7 p.m., on Thursday, Sept. 27, at Penthouse Roof Top to finalize plans for its upcoming October Karaoke. Tickets will be distributed and drawings for costume design will be on display. All members should make a special effort to attend.
