May 21, 2007 — I am Fred A. Esannason a candidate in the At-Large category. There are several areas of specific concern I believe are of utmost importance to the development and success of our society. Most pressing is the establishment of various levels of administrative jurisdiction. Local level government or one on one direct assistance to constituients. A higher level of "state government" which addresses group related or issue related concerns of the districts. The highest levels of national government provides representation of the people in the nation through membership and voting right in Congress.
Our communities are increasing in size, ethnicity and diversity. Government most position itself to address the total needs of it citizens in all levels of personal and professional concerns. Having multiple tiers of services to people will result in greater avenues to correct issues that affect citizens.
