Brief: Police Looking for Runaway Girl

April 30, 2007 — Police on St. Croix are asking for help from the community in locating Amanda Brin, who was reported missing on Saturday. Brin, 16, was last seen at the Sunshine Mall in Frederiksted. She is believed to have been in the company of relatives and friends.
Brin is slim and stands 5 feet 6 inches tall. She has medium-brown skin and dark-brown hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, strapped sandals, a brown blouse and a khaki jacket.
Anyone found harboring this minor or preventing her return to her family may be subject to criminal charges of interfering with parental or custodial rights, according to Police. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is urged to contact the Police Department's Juvenile Division at 340-712-6029.
All information provided to police is confidential.
