Independent Citizens Party Will Hold Membership Meeting
The Independent Citizens Movement Party, V. I. will be meeting at 6 p.m., on Thursday, May 17, at the Palms Court Harbourview Hotel. It will be a general membership meeting, at which the upcoming Constitutional Convention and the status issue for the Virgin Islands will be discussed.
