What's Up Next on the Doug Lewis Show

April 2, 2007 – Tune into the Doug Lewis Show on WVGN 107.3 FM from 1 to 3 p.m., Sunday, April 8. This Sunday we will feature music by Neil Young, Wil Maring, Judy Collins, Ani diFranco, Jacques Brel and more.
The Modern Music Feature CD is Neil Young's "Live at Massey Hall 1971," which is a terrific recording of a live acoustic Neil Young show. He has recently begun releasing a series of live recordings from his concert archives, and he is in great form on this one.
The Indie Spotlight CD is "The Calling" from Americana folk artist Wil Maring, an impressive mix of fine originals and some tastefully done covers.
We will play new music from Mitch Kashmar, Sugar Pie Desanto, Jeffrey Foucoult, Ani diFranco and more.
We also play music from Judy Collins, Nanci Griffith, Kris Kristofferson, Solomon Burke, Floyd Dixon and more.
We remember Phil Ochs and Laura Nyro on the anniversary of their deaths, and we celebrate the birthdays of Jacques Brel, Lil Ed of Lil Ed and the Blues Imperials and Mel Schacher of Grand Funk Railroad.
Doug Lewis Show is underwritten by Hook, Line and Sinker; Molly Molones; and St. Thomas Radiology Associates.
