March 7, 2007 – Kimberly Rodriquez (Virgin Islands pageant director) is the cover girl for Cape Air magazine's winter issue. Cape Air featured Caribbean Carnival Celebrations and Kimberly won the cover girl spot. "Go St. Thomas!"
Kimberly Rodriquez is a member of the Gypsy Carnival Troupe along with her husband Kevin. Kevin drafted Kimberly a few years ago, and she's now a "Gypsy" for life. Kimberly is also the director of the Ms. International Bold & Beautiful and Virgin Islands Royalty Scholarship pageant held annually in the U.S. V.I.
