March 8, 2007 — Police urge motorists traveling on the Queen Mary Highway in the morning hours of Friday to exercise caution, particularly as they travel between the UVI campus and the Sunshine Mall.
Participants in UVI's annual 5K walk/run are expected to be on the road between the hours of 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Police will be providing an escort for the event, which begins at 6 a.m. at the Sunshine Mall.
