Post Office Needs to Get Its Act Together

Dear Source:

I think it is a great idea and just hope that after all the talk, we see some change. I am sick and tired of my packages taking weeks to arrive and way too frequently they never arrive at all.
Priority Mail takes a week to 10 days. Recently we waited 9 days for an Express Mail envelope to be delivered and finally went to the post office and got it ourselves.
I have had insured mail traced when I didn't receive it and was told by the St. Thomas post that it was delivered. When you complain that it was not delivered they refer you to your delivery person who insists she delivered the package saying, "It is your word against mine."
St. Thomas post office has the worst service EVER and the supervisors don't even want to speak to you.
