Learn everything you need to know to prepare for the big day! Childbirth educator, nurse and midwife, Linda Caiger, will offer a 6-week childbirth class to expecting parents. With Linda's expert guidance, parents will explore everything from pre-natal exercise and nutrition for mom-to-be, the physical and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy, relaxation and breathing techniques for labor, how to prepare a birth plan for the big day, and more.
