Wesley Winston Wheatley Dies in Philadelphia

April 25, 2006 – Wesley Winston Wheatley, formerly of St. Thomas and Tortola, died on Thursday, April 20, at his home in Philadelphia where he had resided for 40 years.
He is survived by his wife, Marissa Bernier-Wheatley; and daughters: Angelique Wheatley, Clarita Wheatley, Kishna Powell and Tanisha Powell. He is also survived by grandsons: Wesley Wheatley, Antoine Wheatley and Da' Quan Sargeant; sisters: Esme Stevens, Ida Wheatley and Elfreda Jackson; and brother, Cardiff Wheatley. Other survivors include relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., on Friday, April 28, at the New Covenant Church of Philadelphia.
