Rising Stars Youth Orchestra Holds Meeting
The Superior Court Rising Stars Youth Steel Orchestra will hold an important meeting for parents and members at 5:30 p.m., on Tuesday, April 4, at Barbel Plaza Panyard.
The purposes of the meeting are to outline goals and objectives for the orchestra's 25th anniversary and plan for the 2006 carnival season.
