Government is Part of the Problem of Racism

My name is Wayne Navarro. It is so sad to see in the year 2005 we still encounter race problems in this so-called United States and the Virgin Islands. Don't expect the local government to do anything about it. Their concern is not the people of the Virgin Islands…it's stealing money and taken care of friends. Then by asking the United States administration to step in is another failure. An administration that is so racist towards people. My whole take on the whole thing is that if you are not an American Indian you are a intruder.
