Soccer Coach Training Saturday on St. Croix

Sept. 9, 2005 – The St. Croix American Youth Soccer Organization is reminding its potential and experienced youth soccer coaches that training classes taught by nationally certified instructors will take place on Saturday, Sept. 10 and Sunday, Sept. 11 at St. Croix Country Day School.
The coaches' meeting and required Safe Haven courses for all experienced and new volunteers begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday. Training for coaches of teams ages U6-U12 will conclude at 4 p.m. Team Parent Meetings with safe haven training are scheduled for 10 -11:30 a.m.
On Sunday, intermediate level training for volunteers coaching teams ages U14 and up is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Lunch will be provided on both days. Coaches should dress comfortably and bring soccer boots or sneakers. All are welcome to take advantage of this great training opportunity.
