20th Martin Luther King Jr. Fort-To-Fort Run

Jan. 13, 2005 – The V.I. Pace Runners announced the 20th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Fort-To-Fort Memorial Run will be held on Sunday, Jan. 16.
The run will start at 6 a.m. sharp in Christiansted near Fort Christiansvaern and finish in Frederiksted at Fort Frederik.
The field of runners is limited to 20. This is not a race; however, runners must be prepared to run the entire distance of 15.5 miles. The event honors the memory of the civil rights leader and is supported by The V.I. Delegate to Congress Donna M. Christensen.
Runners who wish to sign up for and complete the event should contact the V.I. Pace Runners at 777-0258 or 643-2557, or logon to the Web site.
