No One Notices Second Cruise Ship

Dear Source,
So we have a surprise cruise ship in town today.
I see by your article that you knew about the cruise ship, but you must be the only one. The business owners in Frederiksted did not know until they saw it pull up.
The cruise ship that came to Frederiksted today was met by NOTHING. No police, no taxi's, no nothing. Nothing to do, nowhere to go, just a derelict town with no open stores to greet them.
A great opportunity to make a great impression was not only lost, but think of the impression that we made not only on the cruise line, but on the tourists.
For this complete incompetence, Pamela Richards needs to be fired immediately.
