Oct. 13, 2004 – A viewing and funeral service are set for noon and 1 p.m. Saturday for Iver Vessup, 66, who died Oct. 7 at the Roy L. Schneider Hospital.
Vessup is survived by her mother Victoria Abbott; sons, Josep a. Ocana II and Fredie Ocana; daughters, Nidia Ocana-Frett, Diana Ocana-McKay and Mary Orcana, brothers, James Smith and Roosevelt Smith Sr.; sisters Emma Smith, Ellen Farara and Ivy O'Neal; sons-in-law Etienne Frett and Kevin McKay, sisters-in-law Durene Smith; daughter-in-law Debbie N. Ocana; special nephew Roosevelt Smith Jr.; special nieces Germaine Vanterpool and Faye Smith-Penn.
The viewing, at noon, at Holy Family Church will be followed by the funeral at 1 p.m.
Arrangements have been handled by the Davis Funeral Home.
