Sept. 27, 2004- Sarah Ann Challenger Roach, age 97, of 9-BA La Grande Princesse died on Sept. 20 at the Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital.
She is survived by her daughter, Muriel Wenham; sons: George Challenger, Ruben Weeks, Jackie, Albert, Rupert, Winston, Leroy and Samuel Roach (Dec'd); 46 grandchildren, 76 great grandchildren, 25 great great grandchildren; three niece; three nephews; three daughters-in-law, and friends and family too numerous to mention.
Funeral Services for Ms. Roach are scheduled for Oct. 1 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Christiansted. Viewing will take place at 10 a.m. services at 11 a.m. Internment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
