CARNIVAL 2004 OFFICIAL LIST OF WINNERS

May 3, 2004 – Jam Band took all three places in the Road March competition, but you'll find different winners in all other categories. Egypt, majorettes, quelbe, "passion for purple," and masqueraders were among themes that found favor with the judges of this year's V.I. Carnival Adults' and Children's Parades.
The prizewinners in "Journey Through a Cultural Door for Carnival 2004" were announced Monday by the V.I. Carnival judges' committee. In reverse chronological order from the Adults Parade back to the Prince and Princess Competition, they are:
