Beyond Visions Foundation will conduct a series of classes on St. Thomas, "Fundamentals of Watercolor Painting," for "true beginners" on four Saturdays in March and April. Classes will be held on March 13 and 27, and April 10 and 24. Class size is very limited, and pre-registration is required.
