Due to the funeral services for Calvin Wheatley, the meeting time has been changed to 1 p.m. for the Territorial Committee of the Virgin Islands Democratic Party at Palm Court Harbour View.
Matters to be considered include the petition to charter the latest club, the Mortar and Pestle Democratic Club of St. Thomas.
