An awards gala March 13 will honor two prominent Virgin Islanders who merit the awards which were created by the Virgin Islanders for Responsive Government organization and named for June A. Adams and the late William C. Dowling.
The event honoring Winifred Garfield and Edward Thomas will be held at the Marriott's Frenchman's Reef and Morningstar Beach Resorts. Tickets cost $100 and are available at several places on St. Thomas. See further details in the St. Thomas Source People section.
