NEW SPEECH WRITER, NO; NEW GOVERNOR, YES

Dear Source,
In response to the editorial commentary "The Governor Needs a New Speech Writer", I think au contraire. The governor has a bunch of speech writers, none of whom can apparently put together a speech. What we need is a new governor, preferably one who knows what he/she is doing.
This governor gave his speech writers less than zero to work with, so we can't reasonably shoot the messengers. What we can do, however, is sit back, relax, and enjoy watching the feds assume control of the territory.
