"Barktoberfest" Sunday at Latitude 18 (near Vessup Beach) starts at 11 a.m. and ends with music at 7 p.m.. There'll be a brunch/lunch, entertainment, vendors, dog parade, dog contests, dog demos by a trainer and a Canine officer, and more all day and into the evening. It's a benefit for — naturally — the Humane Society and its animals that are awaiting adoption.
