Oct. 5, 2003 — The St. Thomas/St. John Foster/Adoptive Parent Association is sponsoring a breakfast sale starting at 7:30 a.m. Oct. 17 in the lobby of the V.I. Human Services Department offices.
Tickets at $5 will get you an assortment of saltfish, eggs, dumb bread, dumb bread and cheese, turkey and dumb bread, chicken soup, and bullfoot soup, according to a poster release.
