June 5, 2003 – The St. Thomas All Stars Steel Band elected new members to its board of directors for the 2003-2004 fiscal year, according to a release from the organization.
The new board members are:
President – Derick Greaves, Sr.
Vice President – Eva W. Lewis
Treasurer – Cathy Von Gonten
Secretary – Jamela Arthur
Public Relations Officer – Germayne Gonsalves
Membership – Je’Nelle Forbes
Musical Director – Edric Francis
Property Manager – Wayne Heyliger
Practice sessions are held every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 7 p.m. to 9 at the panyard located in the Water and Power Authority Administrative Building in Sub Base.
Anyone interested in joining the All Stars is welcome to attend a practice or call 777-9546.
