The New Image Foundation in collaboration with the UVI Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and First Bank will present the final in a series of "Dollars and Sense" seminars at 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 21. The presenter will be attorney Linda M. Baxter, P.C. Her topic will be estate planning, focusing on wills, deeds and trusts.
