Nov. 17, 2002 – The Love City Pan Dragons and Baby Dragons youth steel orchestras will host their sixth annual Pre-Thanksgiving Dinner by Candlelight on Saturday in Cruz Bay Park.
Families are invited to dine family-style from 6-10 p.m. while listening to the sounds of the bands. Even though it's in the park, there'll be door prizes, as well as a cash bar.
