4 MEN INJURED IN 2 SHOOTINGS SUNDAY NIGHT

March 26, 2001 — Four men were injured in two separate shooting incidents Sunday night in downtown Charlotte Amalie and Tutu, police reported.
Ehssan Mustafa, 18, of Solberg was shot in the groin and was taken to Roy L. Schneider Hospital around 10 p.m., according to a statement from Deputy Chief Theodore Carty. Mustafa told police he was struck by a bullet near Building 13 of the Tutu Hi-Rise. His condition was not known.
At 11 p.m. Sunday, three other men reported that they had been shot on General Gade when a passenger in a white Mazda 323 with dark tinted windows opened fire.
Lashawna Walker, 22, was hit once in the left forearm, Jamal Morton was shot in the chin and Hasai Bassue was hit in the upper right thigh, police said.
The three were transported by a relative to the hospital, where they were reported to be in stable condition.
