The University of the Virgin Isands and the V.I. Dept. of Planning and Natural Resources are sponsoring the sixth annual Virgin Islands Nonpoint Source Pollution Conference, "From Summits to Sea: New Projects & Programs for a New Millennium" on Dec. 6 and Dec. 7 at the Divi Carina Bay Resort & Casino on St. Croix.
