Funeral services will be held at 10:30 Saturday, Oct. 7 for Florence Melvina Hernandez. The viewing will start at 9:30 a.m.
Mrs. Hernandez, who died Friday Sept. 29 on St. Croix, was 73.
She is survived by her son, Leighton Brown; nieces Florence and Yvonne Somersall, Virginia Matthes, Melanie Richards, Bernetter Lindsey, Ida Brown and Gweneth Hodge; nephew Lindie Brown and many close friends, including: Merline Simon, Eddie Martinez, Geraldine Steele and Chickie.
Funeral arrangements are by Thomas Hall Memorial Funeral Chapel of St. Croix.
