The USVI Department of Human Services advises individuals who wish to ananymously relay a complaint on any program administered by the agency may do so by calling the territorial complaint line at 714-2072.
Residents are advised that the old number, 773-0990, to register complaints is no longer in service.
Hearing-impaired individuals who wish to relay a complaint are encouraged to call 1-800-440-8477.
