Roderick Ottley, 76, died Saturday, Sept. 9 at Juan F. Luis Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22 in the Kingshill Cemetery Chapel, officiated by Pastor Will Woods. A viewing will be at 1 p.m. Interment will follow the services in the Kingshill Cemetery.
Mr. Ottley is survived by his daughter, Pamela Fortune, and son, Norris Fortune; granddaughters Joanne Fortune Rivers and Tashia Anosike; grandsons, Akeem Matthew, Jovon Jacobs, and Mitchell King; niece, Michelle John and nephew-in-law, Rev. Andrew John. He is also survived by son-in-law, Austin Jacobs, and daughter-in-law, Merl "Daisy" Joseph; close friends, Lancelot King, Frankie Miller, Joseph Vento, Gordon Gurley, and Ethelbert Collins, along with numerous other relatives and special friends.
Funeral arrangements are by the Thomas Hyll Memorial Funeral Chapel.
