ST. THOMAS TRASH: MAINLANDERS TO BLAME?

The trash situation is out of control, as are other self-destructive behavior patterns developing in the islands. Mr. Ratcliff must remember that this behavior we learned from the people we emulate — him and his mainland
buddies. We need to sit back and reevaluate where we are going and make appropriate changes to ensure the posterity of our home.
