All individuals or groups interested in participating in the 2000 Food Fair or Afts and Crofts Fair can pick up applications at the V.I. Carnival Committee office. Applications must be returned by Tuesday, Feb. 29.
The honoree for this year's Food Fair is Eda Rojas, a long-time participant in the Carnival Food Fair, and is known for her culinary skills.
The honoree for the new Arts and Crafts Fair is Justin Todman, known for his broom craftmanship and creativity.
The Food Fair is scheduled for Wednesday, May 3, at the Rothschild Francis Market Square and the Arts and Crafts Fair is scheduled for Thursday, May 4, at the Emancipation Garden.
All interested parties are asked to abide with the early deadlines to ensure full consideration in both fairs as spaces are limited.
