Children complaining that there is nothing to do and they’re bored? Want to get them involved in something that will teach them civic mindedness, leadership skills and have fun doing it?
Then come see what Scouting has to offer the youth of St. Croix.
The Boy Scouts of the St. Croix District will be conducting a recruiting drive on Saturday, Oct. 2.
The Scouts and their leaders will be at the Kmart Stores at Sunny Isle and the Sunshine Mall inside the store from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Recruiting will be conducted for adults interested in volunteering to help the Scouts and for boys and girls interested in joining the Scouts.
