PORT OF $ALE MALL SPONSORS FAMILY BICYCLE DAY

The businesses at Port of $ale Mall are sponsoring the first "Family Bicycle Day" between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 23 in honor of Bicycle Week May 17 – 23. Families and cyclists are invited to participate by riding their bicycles to the mall.
Prizes will be given for, the largest bicycle, smallest bicycle, most unique bicycle and the best family of cyclists.
Many cities around the country celebrate the week by encouraging people to discover the joy of bicycle commuting. Bicycling to shop, bicycling to school, bicycling to work and bicycling just for the fun of it.
The Port of $ale event will offer free snacks and drinks donated by Hunter Foods & Spirits. Participants can register to win a 26" bicycle donated by Western Auto. Entry forms are available at Port of $ale Mall stores and Western Auto. No purchase is necessary to enter the drawing.
