Carnival Food Fair, scheduled for Wednesday, April 28, has an application deadline of Friday, Feb. 26.
This year's fair has been named "Stridie's Tray" in honor of Eugenia Brown, a longtime participant known for her culinary skills.
Carnival booth applications can be picked up at the Carnival Committee office.
In honor of William "Champagne" Chandler, the village has been named "Champagne's Court."
