The St. Thomas Recovery Team and the Governor’s Hurricane Recovery Task Force will come together for the first Community Recovery Visioning meeting. RESTART (Rethink - Rebuild - Reinvest - Recover – Resiliency). Virgin Islands Council on the Arts will host this meeting.
