African Liberation Day Flag-Raising

The 32nd Legislature will host an African Liberation Day Flag-Raising Ceremony. The program, abbreviated this year due to the impacts of hurricanes Irma and Maria and the recovery efforts, will include cultural presentations and a ceremonial flag raising outdoors to recognize African Liberation Day and African Heritage Week.

Mulch Pick-up Begins

Chipped vegetative hurricane debris is now available for pick-up on St. Thomas and St. John. Mulch can be picked up Monday through Friday, beginning today until the supply is exhausted. Residents must bring their own truck, shovels and other necessary equipment for pick-up. A release of liability must also be signed before mulch collection.
