Vendor’s Plaza Town Hall

Acting Licensing and Consumer Affairs Commissioner Richard Evangelista is hosting a mandatory town hall meeting for every licensed vendor of Emancipation Garden Vendors’ Plaza on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Emancipation Garden on St Thomas.

This forum is to educate merchants on the rules and regulations that govern Vendors’ Plaza and to address current conditions and concerns about the Plaza. DLCA will also share upcoming initiatives after meeting with St Thomas/Water Island Administrator Avery Lewis; Tourism Commissioner Joseph Boschulte; Public Works Commissioner Nelson Petty Jr.; and Property and Procurement Deputy Commissioner Vincent Richards.
