The Virgin Islands Carnival Music Subcommittee is inviting all persons interested in applying for J’ouvert troupes for VI Carnival 2018 to a mandatory meeting. There will be a discussion of important information related to registration, guidelines, rules and regulations. This meeting will help to facilitate an incident free J’ouvert 2018.
